The full title of this book is "Rules For The Government of the Maintenance Of Way Department". It is dated October 1, 1942. There is handling wear but the book is still firmly bound. The gold imprint is quite worn on the cover and the pages are toned from age but are not brittle. There are some pencil notations and dirt smudges here and there throughout the book. Also, updates have been pasted in as shown. The book measures 4 1/8 x 6 1/2 inches. 92 pages including the index at the back. There are some illustrations. Please look over the pictures.
